In a heating pan, take 2 cup of Water, 1 tsp of Butter, 1 tsp of Sugar, ½ tsp of Salt, stir and boil for 5 to 7 Mins.
Then add 1 cup of Cornmeal (Makke Ka Atta) in batches so that no lumps and keep stirring continuously until thickens (approx. 7 to 8 Mins).
Then just make sure that it does not stick to hands.
Now add 1 tsp of grated Garlic, ½ tsp of Oregano, 1 tsp of Chilli Flakes and mix well.
Turn off the flame and allow it to cool down and then transfer in a bowl.
Furthermore, add 1 cup of grated Cheese and knead well just like a dough.
Now take the small portion of the dough, start rolling cylindrical shaped with the help of palms.
Similar way make all the Corn Fingers and keep aside.
Heat the Oil in a heating pan as required for frying the Corn Fingers.
Transfer the Corn fingers to preheated Oil and deep-fry the fingers until golden and crisp on medium flame.
Keep stirring occasionally while frying.
When fried remove on kitchen towel to remove access Oil.
Corn Fingers is now ready to serve with Tomato Sauce or even with hot Masala Tea.
